Cortex Health is a post-acute platform for identifying Opportunities in four key areas:
- Grow census
- Improve clinical outcomes
- Review patient experience feedback
- Retain employees

The Cortex App shows a list of Opportunities. Opportunities can be filtered and archived so you can focus on the most important items. Our Opportunities are generated using a combination of Machine Learning and Registered Nurse review of the data inputs driving our opportunities: Follow-Up Calls, Readmission Alerts, Surveys, and EHR Data.
